Jesse explained everything he did to help me with me HP, gave me realistic recommendations for the future and priced reasonably. With places like Best Buy they take advantage of your wallet, whereas with CPU they seemed to genuinely be interested in helping people. Dropped my PC off for a power supply issue. They had my computer for 5 days and kept me in the loop during the entire process for what steps were needed and why.
