We purchased our flooring through Lumber Liquidators (would not recommend). This means the quality of the wood is "contractor grade" (which we did not know when purchasing). Contractor grade flooring has MANY inconsistencies in tone and quality as compared to their website pictures. John and his team have the seasoned experience to know exactly how to manage these kinds of challenges so that the flooring lays out beautifully.
