I’ve been getting monthly massages from Heather for a little over a year or so and she’s a true pro! She has made a huge difference in the range of motion in my left shoulder. Every 3–4 sessions, I add a cupping massage, which helps even more.

She doesn’t just go through the motions—she actually tries to get to the source of the pain. And when I just want a relaxing session, she’s just as great at helping me switch off and de-stress. I can’t recommend her enough!

I came here for a last minute pedicure before my vacation. It was easy to schedule an appointment on their website. I got a Spa pedicure and the price was well worth what I received. The technician, I think her name was Stacey, was super friendly and down to earth. we were chatting the whole time and I didn't even realize I was there for over an hour. And the spa pedicure comes with sugar, scrub, hot towels, massage chair, exfoliation, cuticle treatment, and a foot mask. My feet and legs were in heaven when I left there. I can't wait to go back! It's been about two weeks and my toe polish still looks amazing. I am hoping it starts to chip soon, so I have a reason to go again lol. They also have a massage parlor in the back and a Reiki specialist. I will have to go back and try these services as well.

Went to renew for an amazing deep dissue massage from Heather today. I was able to relax completely while she worked out all my kinks and tight muscles. So relaxing and beneficial to my body. Definitely worth a visit
