We recently hired Open Meadow Builders to do our complete home renovation that was originally built in 1970. It needed a complete overhaul and remodel. Rob McGlauflin met with us several times, along with the architect, to review plan options to best align with our budget. Once we agreed on the plan, besides some mutually agreed upon changes, the project came in on the planned budget. Any questions were answered quickly along with options to consider. From the framing and exterior work, windows, siding, roof, to the rough electric/plumbing and finish work/floors all were completed with high quality. Rob and the Open Meadow team did an incredible job with our basement finishing project. They were thorough, detailed, and flexible about making adjustments when unusual things came up (as happens with a >100 YO basement).
