This is such a humble studio and community for what it actually is which I think makes it that much more special. The owner and the tenured teachers are EXTREMELY experienced and well-trained. Almost all of them offer thoughtful and intentional assists and adjustments rather than sitting at the front of the class just demonstrating the poses. The students have beautiful practices and are welcoming to all newcomers. The view of the river is so serene. Lack of mirrors helps you really turn inward. I just wish they had more classes-- both in quantity/times offered and in types of yoga. But this is the best yoga studio on the North Shore, hands down!
