“The BEST service experience i have ever had in 45 years!!!
After a recent storm, I called South Shore Roofing, leaving a message about an improperly installed stack boot. Ronnie Lackey promptly called back, and attentively listened as I explained water was staining the ceiling in a new kitchen. It was an emotional kick in the gut, as it was the kitchen my mom and I planned as she was terminally ill, and she asked what would happen to the house once she passed. Her dying wish was that new kitchen. She was an amazing cook, and did It all in the original 58 yr old kitchen.
The new kitchen represented, and brought to life the few and last moments of joy she experienced during a painful hospice. Everyday in this kitchen i felt her joy and spirit.
Ronnie not only understood how i devastated i was to see the ceiling ruined by a water leak, but also the immediacy of preventing further damage. He said he would work to fit in this repair asap. As another rain was approaching, Ronnie immediately came over and correctly re-installed the stack vent boot, reshingled the area roof, and immaculately cleaned up the mess!!! AND this was a 3 days before his commutted start date!! I have never experienced this level of genuine concern and kindness, nevermind professionalism!!! Ronnie Lackey and his South Shore Roofing team will provide top quality workmanship at good price with a complete mastery of all aspects of the specific job at hand!!! I am still blown away by this level of quality work, genuine concern and kindness, and proffesionalism!!! Ive attached before pictures of a sloppy incorrectly Installed boot ( which itself was the wrong part) and the Ronnie's work of a precise, correctly installed boot - and being the correct boot for this install!!!“
