Previous review: Capital Construction did a great job painting our house. It was great working with Jim Sakkos, who was very responsive and explained everything to us. The work was done fast as well. We look forward to working with them again for projects.Current point of view: The job was done fast, but currently, a few issues have to be addressed. The painting job was supposed to address the rust, which James sold me on, but we are still seeing rust. I'm in contact with the company, and they say they will address them, we'll see if they successfully fix the issue. Great salesman therefore expect everything associated with being good at selling. I found out about Capital Construction on a whim while scrolling through social media, and I am so thankful that I did. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out for an appointment that fit my extremely busy schedule. That day I met Mr. Chris Kent (no relation to Clark, though after he had left it was hard not to make the comparison) who took a few photos of my property and blew me away with a full presentation with data specific to the dimensions of my home. I took him to look at the attic space in order for Chris to get a better understanding of my homes needs.
