“Absolutely outstanding! I've had them work on two different boiler issues (one was a conversion from oil to gas, done in 2017; the other was just today after the heat wouldn't go on for a gas boiler in another location). Each time, they did something incredibly rare: they did only what needed to be done, and actually told me that I needed to do less than what the 1st plumber said. (I always get two quotes on a big job, and JM was second.) In the 2017 boiler issue, the 1st plumber said i needed a much bigger and more expensive boiler than i needed, and JM said that wasn't needed, and JM was correct-- JM installed a smaller one and it's been perfect, no issues. And the job today: the 1st plumber said the boiler had to be replaced, but JM said it just needed a tune up and some small repairs. JM is honest as the day is long! I think the world of this company.“

Between other plumbers not picking up their phones or just not showing up, it is refreshing to find a plumber who cares and picks up on the first ring.I was able to facetime with Rich so that he could see what was wrong with the piping in my heating system (they were corroding).Rich easily deserves 5 stars for being professional and responsive.Thank you for always answering my call for help. “Ronaldo and Tony were extremely helpful. They answered the phone when I called at 4PM. They were at my house fixing a wobbly toilet that's been bugging me for years. They figured out the problem immediately, found a creative way to secure the flange without the normal plywood underneath it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They were professional, careful not to damage my home while they were there, and they even cleaned up the bathroom after their work. They could not have been more efficient, caring, and cost effective. I would highly recommend this company!“

Bob, the lead technician was very knowledgeable, and the owners reached out multiple times to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied. Not only is our home's heating and cooling system more efficient and effective now, but replacing our old system with a new heat pump allowed us to take advantage of the state's efficiency program and receive the maximum rebate.
