“I had my old desktop, I use for my company, die. I called up and was told they can either get it up and running or set me up with a new unit. They evaluated and for a reasonable price would swap out the hard drive. Or for a great price would transfer all my old computer into a new windows eleven unit. Which they did and did so, quickly . They were friendly ,knowledgeable ,inexpensive and fast. I am very fortunate I found them!“

“Needed data I hadn't backed up from a dead desktop harddrive. I tried powering it up to copy with USB adapter (this method worked with my previous dead hdd) but it wouldn't power up. Took it to two local computer biz who tried same thing, no results. All local computer biz advertize data recovery but don't do it for worst case scenarios like this. They recommend shipping it to places with a "clean room" to open hdd with costs $200-2000. This was literally the last place I phoned and was surprised to hear he had software that could clone the hdd despite power problems. If that wasn't possible, he had a tabletop "clean room" where he could open the hdd. The cloning appears to have worked perfectly, which I chose to store on an external rather than internal hdd since I wasn't going to boot up from it (but it still had all the Windows operating system data for programs, browser, etc). It's still abit expensive, but I was glad to get it done locally with someone I could meet and talk with directly. Mike's English isn't perfect, but don't let that stop you from employing him. I found him trustworthy, knowledgeable and dedicated to getting the work done perfectly.“

“My desktop computer blew a circuit or something and wouldn't boot up. I was afraid I lost my data when I couldn't recover it using a SATA connector. I got in touch with Paragus and they were able to get all of my data - and then some! The Paragus team is fantastic!“
