“5 stars! I brought my Samsung laptop here after having a really bad experience with another repair shop that left the laptop in much worse condition than when I originally brought it in. There was previous damage and even super glue and duct tape that had to be dealt with, so I honestly wasn’t expecting anyone to be able to do much with it.
He was upfront with me about what could and couldn’t be fixed and somehow managed to get my laptop about 90% back to normal. After months of dealing with this situation, I’m just happy to finally have my actual laptop back and usable again. I really appreciated the honesty, communication, and effort he put into fixing someone else’s mess. I would absolutely come back here for future repairs and recommend him to others.”
