WOW!! These guys were the bomb!! Got my balky drive up and running and I am off to the races in a couple of hours without ever leaving my office!!! And explained what was happening without making me feel like an idiot! I can't say enough good things!!!

Alex addressed by computer issues in a professional, understanding manner. He got to me promptly and was clear in his instructions to me as to what I needed to do to get him access to my computerr.
