Fast forward 35 years, and I am now living 30 miles away. I recently picked up a rare vintage worsted suit that needed some TLC. I hadn't thought about cleaning, until a sudden passing of a close relative had me needing it in a pinch. I knew right where I was going with it and who to trust when I ended up needing As soon as I said vintage, they started asking all the right questions before I could even tell them what I needed, and never even ended up have to spell it, because I could just tell they knew exactly what they had and exactly the TLC it needed. They also got it done lightning quick! Now for a situation like mine, it is reasonable to expect they are going to charge a little extra for the expediting and the special care and products a garment like that needs, but honestly, it is worth every penny, for such perfect service!
