I never realized the difference that the right real estate agent could make until I listed and sold my home with Brian Farrell. The extra steps Brian took to help prepare for the listing and promote the showing resulted in an unexpected level of interest and bids. I'm very grateful for the guidance and personal help Brian gave me in the process of our recent successful sale.
I gave Heather Gallagher five stars because the only word to describe my experience with her is GREAT! She didn't just meet my expectations—she exceeded them and went above and beyond. Thanks to Heather, I purchased a condominium that couldn't be a better fit for me, and I couldn't be happier!
