“Thom Garvey has been my realtor for a number of real estate transactions. He is caring, knows the market well, and ensures the process goes as smoothly as possible. It is obvious he enjoys working within the realty profession and in meeting with his clients. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a home or business.”
“Simply put, Eric was FANTASTIC to work with. Our house was put on the market swiftly and was treated with respect throughout the process. He helped us address a bunch of odds and ends that were difficult as we were selling a house from out of state. Additionally, he provided us with great guidance throughout the sales process. I highly recommend Eric and Fairground Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.”
“We are really thankful for the Berkshire Property Agent Team at Compass, specifically Jen Harvey. She is extremely patient and kind. As our wants and needs changed, she adapted and remained attentive. Her market knowledge is vast. She settled the nerves of a first time home buyer by being hands on and proactive. We are grateful for her help and would highly recommend her. Thanks, Jen!”
