Kate Lascar (of Berkshire Property Agents) is a stellar real estate agent. From the moment she took us on as clients, she was proactive in helping us find our perfect vacation home. She started off by asking us a few simple questions and quickly followed up with a weekend itinerary of showings that exactly fit our needs and preferences (including many listings we didn’t previously find on Zillow). Tim Lovett and Rachel Louchen took excellent care of my family when we were looking for a house in a tight market.We didn't know the first thing about rural real estate and because there was so little inventory, we considered buying land, renting, and buying a new house. Throughout our process Tim and Rachel were both so patient and giving of their time and expertise. I can't recommend them enough.
