They didn't force expensive procedures or nickle and dime me with unnecessary treatment! My cat had an emergency resulting in an urgent need for an ASAP appointment, they got me in 20 minutes after my frantic phone call. Got him evaluated, shaved, xrays, and stitches all within two hours of me dropping him off! Gave me an estimated cost beforehand and offered several options in case budgeting was an issue! I cannot recommend them enough! (I was sent there by the animal control officer of Granby MA! Makes sense they'd be amazing!)“
