I put in a whole apartment building full of Harvey window products a few years back and they were just a few that became defective after a few years. Customer service person Ken from New Hampshire and Auburn Mass group stood behind thier product 100%.. they replace the defective panels right away with no cost and I couldn't be more thrilled to have a company that backs up their product!!!! I would highly recommend them.
