I moved to MA early last year and started coming because they were personable and close by, but Emilia nails my hair everytime so I still make the drive now that I live down in Swampscott! I recommend everyone for cut or color services; my split dye job is NOT easy and Emilia always caters to whatever color I’m feeling with a big smile. 20/10 service!”
“I came to Northern Roots completely distressed after a botched hair appointment at another salon, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Leah was absolutely amazing. She got me in right away, listened to what had happened and what I was hoping for, and somehow completely transformed my hair.
It was a big corrective color job, and Leah took her time and made sure it was done right. The difference is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. I finally feel like myself again!
