I loved Cassi! I had a lot planned for my hair and she lead me through the entire process, including giving me great recommendations and affirmation since I wanted a cut and color. I’m usually quite nervous when getting my hair done by different hair stylists each time but I think Cassi is the perfect hair stylist for me! She gave me exactly what I wanted (an auburn/red balayage on my brunette hair, with light layers along the front) and it turned out beautiful! She used really nice and gentle techniques when working with my hair leaving me comfortable and happy. I’d love to have Cassi as my hair stylist again in the future! :)

Highly recommend Francesca, a great stylist with a lot of knowledge. Super kind and professional. I’ve been looking for a salon in the Andover/North Andover area and I will only be going here in the future.
