She made me feel comfortable, welcome and accommodated the whole time. She let me know the things that she was doing while doing them and was great to converse with. I absolutely love the way my hair came out. I haven’t done something like what I got today in about four years (balayage/overlay/cut) and it made me feel alive again and my hair also looks very lively. Her expertise is nothing short of impressive and I am excited to come back for my follow up four months appointment in December. I could definitely tell that her goal is to make all of her clients feel comfortable and leave with hair that they are beyond happy with. She also has such a passion for what she does and it shows in her work. I would highly recommend Kayli to anybody for your hairstyling needs and color changes.
