“I came to Northern Roots completely distressed after a botched hair appointment at another salon, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Leah was absolutely amazing. She got me in right away, listened to what had happened and what I was hoping for, and somehow completely transformed my hair.
It was a big corrective color job, and Leah took her time and made sure it was done right. The difference is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. I finally feel like myself again!
On top of that, everyone at Northern Roots was so friendly, welcoming, and kind. I walked in stressed and upset and left feeling like a million bucks. 😂
