Kathy has expert ability and she works quickly. It is also very easy to talk to her. i'd like that she keeps her appointment times very carefully and there is usually never a long waiting period.

I've been going to Port City Salon off and on for over 20 years and I always let Kathy, the owner do my hair. This salon is out of downtown so parking is absolutely free and available. The decor is modern, lovely and impeccably clean. They have the most beautiful live plants. I don't know too much about styles and colors but Kathy does and I let her do her magic. In all this time, I was only disappointed once and when I went back a week later, Kathy fixed my color for free. They always stand behind their work. Kathy was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that the result was exactly what I wanted – despite it being a simple wash & cut. Very reasonable prices, as well.
