I been going here for years and always get a decent-good haircut but i went today and got the worst haircut of my entire life. I showed 3 different pictures and described what I wanted and the lady went on to cut off so much of my hair. I lost most of the hair I wanted to keep after she said she was layering it. She continued to cut several inches off the back, completely changing the entire haircut. Month ruiner tbhService: Haircut

Molly at the Newburyport ma location was so friendly and pleasant. Best haircut I have had in a long time . I’m loving my new cut and am very impressed with her talent. I would give her 6 stars out of 5 !!!!Service: Haircut

This review is for a specific stylist - Dee. I recently had my stylist move away and haven't felt comfortable seeking another. In the interim, I needed an impulsive cut. Dee was so friendly, listened to all my concerns about my hair texture, and was just a joy to chat with during the cut. She explained the tools, and technique she was using to give my very thick, shapeless hair a gorgeous shaggy bob with layers, and movement. She is very talented with a razor, and shears. I will definitely be going back as this was a major bang for the buck. Thank you so much for making this anxious lady at ease with a beautiful haircut.
