I've had a great experience at Trinity Optical. Scott is very helpful with lots of personal care, and is great at dealing with difficult prescriptions. His prices are pretty high, but they're about on par with everyone else's.

I was in town for family reasons, and brought my new prescription with me. I had broken my glasses right before travel; my parents have gone to Scott for years, and have always talked about how great he was, so we stopped in to see if Scott could help me in the time frame that I was going to be in town.I picked out a pair of frames and I gave the prescription to him. Other places I've been to they just look at your eyes and mark the center where your pupil is, and they adjust the frame so that it fits your face well. Scott spent perhaps 10 minutes drawing my eyes on the lenses to make sure that they fit my eyes and my face perfectly.When the glasses did come in, in record time, unfortunately the company forgot part of the prescription so he had to reorder. It came down to the wire but Scott got them back two days before it was time for me to travel, late in the day. I went down to pick them up the next morning and wore them all day. The day of travel I stopped by the shop for a minor adjustment and Scott was kind and caring and accommodating. The lens in my glasses now is clearer than anything I've ever had in glasses before. It's a superior quality lens. Scott offers an amazing guarantee and epic service. You won't be disappointed!
