We came home from a weekend in NH and temp. in my house was 52 deg. People we called were unavailable or didn’t answer their phone. Finally a plumber referred me to Connerney Plumbing. I spoke with Billy, the owner, and explained the situation. It was after hours around 5:30. Billy’s associate, Lewis arrived in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, said I didn’t need a new boiler and said I just needed a new circulator pump. He had one in his truck and installed it after draining and refilling the water in the heat pipes. When replacing a 40 year old boiler and 15 year old gas water heater you want your plumber to have the right combination of price, experience, and an unrelenting desire to do it right. The Connerney team has all three in spades. They took the time to explain all the details as they went, worked around a busy family schedule, and did beautiful work that even impressed my wife.

This crew has done great work for us, including working with our contractor for our new kitchen and also small jobs like clogs we cannot fix ourselves and most recently a frozen pipe (thanks Luiz!). They were literally able to get someone here in less than 30 minutes and get us up and running again. Everyone we have worked with has been kind, thoughtful AND fixed whatever needed fixing.
