Neal at BTU has gone above and beyond helping fix my heating issues over Veterans Day weekend. My lack of heat emergency hit at an incredibly inconvenient time-Saturday afternoon. Neal tracked down the part off island and by Monday afternoon, our heat was on and working. Beyond grateful for this level of service.

The team at BTU has serviced the mini splits in my home as well as my parents' home for years. They are professional, responsive and able to address any issues we've had, along with providing normal maintenance. Their rates are also reasonable! I highly recommend them!!
