I cannot say enough positive things about Botanical Beauty & Co. and its owner, Rachel. I started going here in April 2025 after spending nearly six months traveling off-island to a well-known medical spa for monthly facials. Between the ferry tickets, long drives, and expensive treatments, I had invested a lot — and yet my skin wasn’t improving. I struggle with acne-prone skin, dryness, and rosacea, and despite spending thousands of dollars, I felt like I wasn’t being heard or guided toward real results.
With my wedding only a few months away, I was feeling discouraged and desperate… until I reached out to Rachel.

VCM was good for me. I got solid treatment for a foot problem with 2 staffers, and Lauren Vukota worked on my shoulder. On top of being on top of shoulder and arm anatomy, Lauren's fun as hell to talk to.

Yanni is literally the BEST! I have super long hair which is hard to handle. I get highlights that she seamlessly matches with my natural hair colors (there’s lots). And then she advises me of length trim/cut. My hair is so gorgeous I can hardly walk past a mirror to glance at it.Services: Haircut
Jay and AJ fixed a furnace wiring problem that others could not diagnose or resolve. Brian set up an appointment for the next day and the team had everything working within two hours of the appointment. This was a great service experience for MVY.

Has got to be the best most relaxing therapeutic massage I have gotten anywhere in the Northeast. Also better than any I have gotten in Costa Rica as well. If you want to truly relax this is the person to massage away all your tension. Chas.

I just had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Marc at Spa L’eau on Martha’s Vineyard. I should note, I get massages frequently and at highly recommended and well known spas. THIS MASSAGE was quite literally the best massage I have ever had in my life. The pressure was absolutely perfect — firm enough to melt away every knot but never uncomfortable. I could feel my shoulders, upper back, mid-back, and lower back release in a way they never have before.
The spa thought of everything: they gave me noise-canceling earbuds with serene music so I could tune out the world, and the massage room itself was cozy and peaceful. Marc even worked on my neck and the front of my arms near my armpits — places no therapist has ever focused on — and it completely opened up my upper body. At one point he did something that even cleared my sinuses!
And then…the warmed towels? Heavenly. I left feeling lighter, looser, and deeply restored. This is not just a massage — it’s a full-body reset. If you’re ever on Martha’s Vineyard, do yourself a favor and book with Marc. I’ll be back. Thank you again!

My daughter and I went for a massage. Ginny was exceptional for my treatment. And my daughter had a wonderful deep tissue/foot reflexology/thai massage where Emily walked on her back to get rid of the muscle pain. It was a very down to earth, No-frillls-experience. Will be going back!
I called Neil at BTU during a heat wave this summer. I was a new client and contacted them about 4 o’clock on a Friday. He responded immediately and showed up with his guys an hour later. Has been extremely helpful, and reliable and responsive. Highly recommend.
Divine Beauty was such a luxurious experience with great results! The staff was knowledgeable, the aesthetic was serene, and most importantly I'm obsessed with their hydrofacials and IPL laser treatment to get rid of dark sunspots.

As always, Kim did a fantastic highlight and cut on my hair. So natural looking and my hair looks and feels so healthy. The salon had a recent beauty treatment as well. Incredible light and comfort. The staff were kind and friendly.
