The range of classes Nirvana offers is quite impressive! Highly educated and talented teachers. Always comfortable, clean, warm and inviting. Kate Stenson is a fantastic studio owner. I highly recommend Nirvana Yoga!

It's always welcoming, and the instructors I have worked with are great! I have mostly done class with Joli, and she is such a kind-hearted person who really makes you feel warm and welcome. I have done classes with Kate, who always make sure to look around to make sure you are doing well. I have attended a couple of Reiki Sound baths - that I enjoyed a lot, even brought my 13 year old daughter with me, and she loved it. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. I highly recommend it! They are the reason I am more into yoga, meditation, and healing.

To say I highly recommend Nirvana Yoga would be an understatement. The welcoming, judgement-free environment has always been nothing less than pristine. I always feel safe, physically and emotionally. Over the years, Ive observed Kate and her fellow instructors emit so much care and commitment to myself and other attendees through their keen attention and provide helpful verbal guidance ; taking care if we are holding our poses correctly (along with alternatives for a wide range of abilities) ensuring our purpose and intentions are most effective.
