Working with Donna is unique in all the best ways. Each week Donna created a tailored session for me, how I was feeling physically and emotionally and overall fit with the goals I have for myself (more than helping rehab injuries, but also addressing issues around focus and getting better sleep as well)! I have a busy work and training schedule and often i don't save time for myself, but each session with Donna was worth it despite deadlines. I was calmer, happier and much more pain-free. This was an entirely new experience for me! Each week Donna created a tailored session that was a perfect combination of building on previous sessions and at the same time focusing on any issues faced that day/week. During a time of burnout I experienced calm and discovered gentle yet powerful tips and practices that I now incorporate into my every day. This is something that every stressed person should experience, as it is like a holiday from the intensity - and grounding and "being" like you have never experienced before. Thank you Donna!!

Donna really helped me out with some long standing physical issues that I could not tackle on my own. Her knowledge, attunement, tenderness and skill facilitated a safe container in all of our sessions. I am so grateful for the progress I made. I would highly recommend working with her!
