This studio has an amazing community of people and it's very spacious. They have two rooms and they are first floor access which is nice. The owner is very polite and accommodating and it's easy to drop in to an event. I always feel uplifted and relaxed afterwards 😌 🧘♂

I attended the David Swenson 3-day workshop for Ashtanga yoga. Shelia and the staff provided a safe, beautiful space at Trinity Church. I will be back next year and many years to come. Thank you all.

Oh how much I love Heartsong! I have been back at college for two months now and wow do I miss everyone at Heartsong! This past summer was amazing and I can't thank all of the teachers enough for showing me a whole new side to yoga. The environment is so uplifting and no matter which teacher/class you go to, you can’t go wrong!
