They should probably consider changing their contract template, as the original contract they sent did not include the deck specifications in it, but they fixed it after a quick text.

“I reached out on a Friday. I spoke to Jim- sent pics (see before) and he gave me a quote- he was very fair about the price.

He knew I was nervous about the trim flapping in the wind, making noise, but also tapping the window. I was worried it would fly off and damage a car or a person so he got the guys out the very next morning!

Jim communicated with me each step of the way, letting me know when the team would arrive, etc.

Mark and Larry were the brothers that showed up (right on time). They took the time to introduce themselves explained what they were going to do. This small step goes a long way to feeling comfortable . They were very kind and professional went out of their way to be helpful to me.

The demolition guys were great got everything out in one day with no mess they made sure to cover everything and cleaned up all of the mess afterwards, they got all the cabinets put back in the next day. Countertops went in the following week all together the whole kitchen was done in less than 3 weeks.I was so nervous with all the stories you hear about contractors who rip you off or do crappy jobs,but not Vaz they went above and beyond.
