Called to order some custom made windows several weeks back and was amazed they said they didn’t even need a deposit. Few weeks later they called to say they’re ready. I couldn’t get over there for a few weeks to pick up - no problem. Picked up today and only had a check. Figured they would need a license or identification - no. Guys who helped me had a good sense of urgency and politeness. In this day & age It’s refreshing to see a company do business the old fashion way by trusting and appreciating their customers and then finishing it off with a smile. AAA+++

We had a glass window pane fixed with Precision. I broke the window glass putting in back in and was extremely frustrated so the next time they sent a tech out to help me and charged me a very small fee just to repair the glass again, didn't even charge me for the labor. Very nice people and do a great job. Extremely affordable prices as well. Will be using them in the future.
