“We had a great experience working with South Coast & Associates, Inc. on our custom home build in southeastern Massachusetts. Was it the easiest process... no, but building a house is not easy. Is it an amazing house... yes!!! SC&A was an excellent, professional, and great team of people to work with. Our home was built close to budget and within the expected timeline.
As with any major construction project, there were moments when things didn’t go exactly as planned. Tony, our project manager, was quick to step in, coordinate with contractors, and make sure everything came together the way we envisioned. Our project coordinator, Sid, kept track of the hundreds of selections we had to make along the way. He continually kept us on track so our selections did not hold up the build. Berenice was excellent with keeping track of payments, costs, and billing. The entire SC&A team was very good at finding well-priced contractors without sacrificing quality.
SC&A were knowledgeable about newer building materials and offered helpful suggestions for upgrades that would improve insulation and overall efficiency in our home. At the same time, they were always willing to listen when we had specific products or ideas we wanted to incorporate.
