The building which houses this spa is pretty simple, however the decor of the spa itself is very warm and relaxing. The owner, Kathy, was wonderful and very good at what she does. I was in pain when I walked in but very relaxed when I walked out. She continuously asked how I was doing and how each method she used was feeling. The therapist’s technique was very good and adjusted the pressure based on what I was comfortable with. My shoulders and back felt noticeably looser afterwards.
