Went here for a massage. Place is nice and clean. The massage therapist was friendly. The massage was relaxing but I really need a bit more from a massage. She was very gentle and it did help to feel refreshed but I like a more deep tissue massage that releases all the toxins in the body when you drink lots of water, after the massage. It just wasn't what I expected but I still enjoyed the calmness and restful feeling it gave me.
I want to thank and express my gratitude to Pamela McBride Cereno for helping me learn and persevere with my Kundalini practice. This Divine practice has been a gift from the Universe to help me heal , and want to live again since the sudden death of my son. Her classes have been a life line for me, and Pamela always took the time after class to help in whatever way I needed. My prayer is that many others will find their way to her class and experience the health, healing and Abundant Blessings Kundalini Yoga offers. Much love Pamela for never letting me give up!
