“Matt is a fantastic contractor. He always answers or replies within hours if not minutes. Work quality is top notch. Every detail is important to him. He made our new garage match the house by using subtle trim details others would overlook.He stuck to the agreed budget and never waivered. My changes were handled very fairly.He kept us informed and every day of work they arrived on time and on schedule. Site was clean every day.His meticulous attention to detail is evident in 100 places most people won't see. He made sure every joint was aligned and every truss was spaced perfectly.He matched the colors to the existing house and even insisted on installing shingles on a nearby shed so it matched the roof of the garage. “We reached out to Edward for a fixing a bedroom door and the storm door at our rental property at Belmont. Edward promptly responded. He got in touch with the renter and set up a time to look at the tasks and get measurements. He finished putting up a new door and fixed the storm door the same day. “Sometimes words cannot tell the whole story, but I will try my best. Brent was hired by the Winding Brook II Board of Trustees twice in the last few months. He is professional, informative, on time, easy to work with, honest, thoughtful, communicative in every step. He and his crew were outstanding and they know what exactly they are doing. We hired Brent to manage our first project which was installing a drainage system to assist with rain water roof runoff from 2 buildings to be routed underground into our private basins near the main road. Brent took care of every detail from start to finish. He knew our budget and time constraints, helped us with the Town Hall Water/Sewer/Conservation departments, pulled necessary permits, called Dig Safe, and completed the project on time even through some very cold and wet days.We were so impressed that it was an easy decision to have Brent and his team come back and fix separate issue we had on our property. During the heavy rainstorms we experienced at the end of December '22, we noticed a buildup of water that wasn't draining to the outfall into the woods. Brent took care of the area by regrading the landscaping away from our driveway and the building. Everything works and looks great. We are happy to build on this great relationship we have formed with Magnolia moving forward.“
