“The four stars I’m putting on this job is because of the crew that was working here. Also, I’d like to say that Nic Is a typical salesman loves to talk but does not listen that is my biggest problem with this whole project other than I managed the project Nic was not here as often as he should’ve been. I saw a gentleman named Dave a lot more than I saw Nic. Nic did tell me that he explained the whole project to the crew, but he only explained it to a gentleman named Matthew who is the boss of the contractor that was doing the job. The boss for the contractor was only here the first day they started lack of communication to the crew is not acceptable. I also believe that if the crew foreman or supervisor was not going to be here that Nic should’ve explained this project clearly to the crew that was remaining on the job. The job consisted of a roof being done and siding being done in a skylight. When I showed Nic An issue I had he told me that the windowsill was probably not level. I find that very hard to believe he seemed to have more excuses than answers. I would recommend Refined Home Services to people as long as Nic is not the person in charge.“

Even their sub-contractors were excellent - really impressed with Tony and his electrical team, and 'The Kims' who did our countertops. This was a complete gut job with all new walls, doors, windows, foundation (in places), HVAC, completely remodeled kitchen and 4 baths, rebuilt interior staircase, deck addition and detached garage. The all work like a family and treated us like family.“

Charles personally designed and supervised each phase of the project: center beam stabilization, remodeled kitchen, new deck, renovated bathroom, and new bathroom. He regularly made suggestions that improved the project and reduced costs. Charles also has a fine crew of artisans and collaborators with whom he has worked for years. “Gibbs Construction did a good job excavating for my barn foundation. Jamie is very competent and made our project a priority in his busy schedule to finish before frost season and winter. Communicated with my concrete foundation contractor making it a seem-less and worry free process. Jamie had a great eye for detail and his equipment operators and drivers were great to work with as a team.
I also needed some crushed stone on the fly before my driveway was to be paved. I called and they came that day. Again making me feel like a priority and helped me out with trucking when the stone yard couldn’t.
