D.A Kinsella Company is an architectural design firm and general contractor based in Billerica, MA. They offer a combination of design and construction services, setting them apart from their competitors. The company has experience in managing large complex consulting teams and can approach projects with flexibility, whether traditional, design-build, or modular systems are required. They work on various types of buildings, including single-family homes, low-rise and high-rise residential structures, churches, daycares, kennels, mixed-use buildings, restaurants, retail spaces, stables, temples, and warehouses. Many clients have praised the company's professionalism and dedication. One customer was very satisfied with how their house turned out, saying it matched their vision exactly. They appreciated working with David and his son Chris, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, stress-free process. The team paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done properly. Another client needed their back porch replaced, which turned into a project lasting a full year due to unexpected issues. Throughout, the family-owned company remained professional, listened carefully, and worked closely with the client, earning high recommendations. A third customer needed help with a building design after an architect lacked the necessary skills for permit plans. David and his team took over, ensuring the design was structurally sound and detailed enough for construction. They were responsive and helpful in creating all the construction drawings and details needed for the permit and contractor. The clients are pleased with the company's work and would hire them again.
