I want to thank Dwayne (Green Team Drains) and his team for his excellent work. On Sunday January 28th our water heater broke down. Water was leaking all over the basement floor. I immediately contacted Dwayne to ask if he could replace the water heater. He recommended that I purchase the water heater and he would pick it up and install it. We discussed the installation cost and within an hour they were at my home removing the old water heater and installing the new. His team did an excellent job and left my basement clean. This is the third time I have used their services and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with plumbing problems.
We had a broken drain pipe under the basement cement floor which was found out by inserting a camera through the pipe. Green Team Drains came today. They broke the cement floor, removed the broken pipe and replaced with a new one. They also fixed some other leaking situation. The job was finished in time, fixed the problem and most importantly, they did the cleanup well. I was very pleased with their work, especial with Derrick. He is very knowledgeable, polite and experienced. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
