Waking up and finding out my water heater was leaking and water had to be shut off in the house was overwhelming. At 6:15am I called Gomes Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling in a panic. Less than six hours later I had a new water heater, installed, old one removed, house in perfect condition and I was at work and able to focus on the day. My garbage disposal stopped working and when I called Gomes, Frank was kind enough to walk me through resetting it. He could have put in a service call (and I would have gladly paid for it), but showing me the simple reset, rather than making a quick buck, speaks highly of how he does business. I'll definitely call again if a need arises.

Frank came and took care of the job in an efficient manner. Friendly and upfront. He explain what needed to be done. He really went the extra mile to bail me out after I had an awful experience with another company. I highly recommend using Gomes.
