Matt freeman was reasonable, kept in contact and provided pictures of types of jobs he has done that were similar to my needs. He came on schedule and advised me that water tank was not what we agreed to before price and install. It was a newer Rinnai model with better features and he finished the job timely and with neatness and care. This guy is great and will definitely use him again. “Timothy from Breen and Sullivan came out to check our HVAC system. Although there was no problem with it, he noticed that the dryer vent was not hooked up in the attic - a potential fire hazard. He immediately let me know and connected me to the sheet metal group at Breen. John came out to fix it and found that our developer had never vented it to the outside. John got the additional supplies he needed and worked creatively and carefully to fix the issue in our very small and cramped attic.
