I had no heat for a month in the middle of winter. I had about 5 different HVAC technicians come down from another company but none had experience with my Rinnai system. I called another plumber and he was on vacation for weeks, he referred me to another company who canceled last minute twice, and he then sent another company's plumber down, who wanted to replace both of my boilers for a large price tag. It’s January and I was able to give my kid a bath in winter last night for the first time since we bought this house.
