Technician was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company to all. Our heat was out in one of our zones and the technician found the cause right away.

Great experience with Petro Home Services. They provided excellent Customer Service moving my oil delivery up before the artic air came in Saturday night & Sunday February 7th & 8th. My delivery was made first thing Saturday morning during the snow storm. Thank you ?

The person who took my initial call was nice, competent and easy to deal with. The service person that came out diagnosed the issue and fixed it within half an hour. Also, explained to me what the issue was and explained how he fixed it. I offered him some coffee and he was on his way. A great experience from start to finish.
EDIT: Spoke too soon. Just reduced my rating from 5 to 2 stars. The initial fix failed after just 2 days causing us to be without heat again for a day.
When I called I was told I wouldn't be charge for a second visit since it was to fix the issue they just fixed. I let the second technician know exactly... read full review
