“From the Beginning starting with check-in to the medical assistant doing my vitals and getting my information to the doctor and nurses who I’ve seen, I can’t say enough about them. They have helped me with so many medical concerns and they were so kind and considerate and they took their time and they really helped me out each an every time I’ve been there. I have gone there for stitches. I have gone there for other medical reasons a they always treated me with kindness and always cared. They even follow up with my If needed, and that means a lot to me. They are a great group of individuals for sure and thank them for there kind concerning supported individuals“

“I really love my NP here. Minus a star (probably should be two) for lack of billing transparency. Apparently the entire Boston One Medical network bills under Mass General Brigham Community (NPI 1265094122). So even through One Medical is supposedly in network for my insurance, all Boston offices are out of network when you get down to the actual billing.

Be sure to call your insurance to check before you get a $550 out of network bill for a 20 min PCP appointment!“

“Ladies at the front desk are always kind to me & my kids. The nurses are always gentle. The doctors are amazing. I've been bringing my kid's here for almost 17 years. Dr. Atkinson is the best. He takes everything i say seriously. If I have a concern, he always listens. He knows I know my kid's better than anyone. Even if he doesn't think what I'm saying is correct, he will still investigate it as an option. My kid's feel safe there. We've seen most, if not all of the staff there at some point & i can't think of one that my kids or I don't trust or feel uncomfortable with. I moved a bit away but refuse to switch doctors offices for the kids bc finding another doctor they trust this way might never happen again.“

“Hi folks, My sons are now 20 and 15, and we have had great care for them all along. The office staff is friendly and responsive, as are the nurses, and the practice overall is as accommodating as possible. The connection with Childrens for referrals and satellite specialties is ideal. Dr Fayemi has been great overall and with a number of issues that have come up with the boys. My oldest just met Dr Kulenthirarajan and had a very helpful experience. Even though my guys are now teens, HPP was great when the kids were little and I was more unsure. We are in really good hands with HPP.“

“We just switched over to this practice when we moved into Melrose. My 1 year old, who was born with multiple medical issues, has been through a lot of traumatic experiences with testing, treatments, etc so she is now scared of any doctor. At our first visit at this practice every person, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely patient and unbelievably kind to my daughter without me having to say anything. I’ve never seen her smile at someone wearing scrubs and a mask! The doctors also helped us through some newer issues our previous pediatrician didn’t know what to do about. All my questions were answered with very thorough and data-based responses. Clearly, I’m thrilled with this office!“

OH YEAH IF YOU ARE TAKING THE MBTA JUST HAVE TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL CAUSE OF THE AREA IS HIGH DRUG N CRIME. BUT I DIDNT HAVE ANY ISSUES. NOBODY ASKING FOR MONEY ECT. THEY SEEM TO KEEP THERE DISTANCE. THEY DO HAVE SECURITY ON THE SCENE JUST IN CASE. OH YES THEY SLSO HAVE A VENDING MACHINE FOR SNACKS AND SODA JUICE ECT. ON THE FIRST FL. ALSO.“

“This was my first experience with DOTHouse, and it was surprisingly very pleasant. Idelisse treated me very kindly and with respect, and even called me back to offer an earlier appointment option.
Once there, Skarlen at the vision center was also very pleasant while remaining highly professional and making sure my needs were fully taken care of. The staff truly seems to go above and beyond, which is so refreshing to see these days.
