I just had my first massage with Sonja and it was amazing! She made me really comfortable and the body work and insight she provided afterwards was amazing and super informative! FYI - she recently moved locations and she is up in Del Mar right now! I’m excited to keep working with her!

i just got the BEST massage from sonja at her new location! i’m an esthetician and my shoulders were very tight to where when i get massaged it usually just hurts; i needed intentional slow movement work which is exactly what sonja did. i could feel that she was psychically connected with my body and knew what it needed by the feel of my muscles. she has extensive knowledge of human anatomy which shows in her work. i felt very safe being on her table. her new location is so warm and welcoming, easy parking and beautiful area. again, sonja’s movements during my massage were so intentional there was no doubt in my mind that i was fully being taken care of and listened... read full review

I had such an amazing experience here!! The space is so tranquil and calm and overall peaceful. I felt like this was almost a mind and body therapy session. Sonja spent a while in the beginning chatting with me and getting to know me before we started the massage. I’ve had a lot of massages and this one with Sonja was definitely one of the best!! She listened to all of my concerns and problem areas and she customized the massage just for me. Between her calming and therapeutic touch, the smell of so many wonderful essential oils, and the peaceful energy of the room… the massage was a 10/10!!
