“For several months I have been suffering from crippling sciatica pain caused by bulging discs. I tried everything, from PT to various medications to targeted corticosteroids shots. None of it worked, and I was told that my last resort was surgery.

When an acquaintance suggested to get evaluated by Dr. Herba at Brighton Spine and Wellness I thought I would try this too before subjecting myself to surgery. Dr. Herba, who is very thorough and professional (not to mention funny and personable), recommended multiple sessions of spinal decompression combined with laser therapy, expressing great confidence in how such treatment would most likely help in my case. When I accepted —with an open mind but also a healthy dose of skepticism— I wasn’t quite sure whether this would be yet another disappointment.

Fast forward to the present day (3 months later), and all I can say is that Dr. Herba’s treatment far exceeded my expectations, and my initial doubts have been laid to rest. Sciatica pain is entirely gone, and lower back pain is 90% gone. It’s not an exaggeration to say that I feel like a new person.
