“This is my first season with them. They always gave me advance notice of when they were going to come. They were always punctual. On one spraying a few days later I had a few mosquitoes around my deck, and called them so they could know. The next day they came to spray again.this time I believe the owner or one of the owners of the company came by and he surveyed my yard and found that the issue around my deck was some tubing I had under the deck.He explained to me that there usually is some standing water in there and that’s where the mosquitoes were. He recommended that if I was to remove the tubing with the standing water from under my deck the problem would resolve itself. Sure enough he was right. No more tubing, no more problems. “Ed and his team at Master Mice Proofing are the absolute BEST. They saved us from a mice problem in our 200 year old house in 2017---they were fast, efficient, nice and cleaned up everything after their work. We have never had another mouse in the house.

This summer we used them to help us battle the city rat situation that had gotten out of control in our backyard (over 30 burrow holes). They came and assessed our yard, talked about the realities of living in a city (We are in JP) and rats, and came up with a plan and an estimate.

Ed and his guys worked for 4 days in rain and sun, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND (but stuck to the estimate they gave us) and all rat activity has ceased in our yard.

He helped barricade and reinforce our fences, filled the burrow holes...and I check EVERY DAY and there has been no rat activity.

I had them take care of a wasp nest last week that was growing quickly and they removed it and we haven't seen any since then.
