I had my rugs sent out for cleaning. BRC cleaned them and put them back in place. They look like new!!
Had interior rug cleaned and cut to fit custom space. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quick response to my online inquiry, Aiyana (sales consultant) was incredibly helpful in navigating what I wanted, and went back and forth with me on email until I figured it out, including offering pricing estimates to help us understand if this was in the budget for our project (and being really understanding when I sent over completely reversed measurements at the last min when I realized I had flipped the rug in my head). Very nice guys. The pickup/drop off was super easy (and really fast!) and convenient and the rugs came back better than new! Nice to support a local business too. I would definitely recommend.
