I’ve been bringing my dog here for 8 years, and they’ve always been good, but Dr. St. Pierre is excellent. She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable and it’s evident she really cares. She never makes me feel silly for even small questions, and goes above and beyond.
We can’t say enough good things about HW vet hospital, truly 5 stars all around. Both of our pups have been going here since the day we brought them home, and the care has been consistently amazing. The team is so kind, personable, and attentive, it honestly feels like you’re their only patient every time you walk in.
They’ve also been incredibly responsive when we’ve had urgent or last-minute concerns, which gives us so much peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have found them and genuinely can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Though I got a cool reception from reception, all the techs and especially Dr. St. Pierre were amazing. They were informative and really wonderful to my nervous little pup. I switched from another vet clinic that I felt wasn't patient enough with my sensitive little guy.
