I got a perm here a few weeks ago. The perm itself is ok—a lot of maintenance to maintain the curls. The first time I washed my hair, it was already starting to straighten out unless I put a ton of product, scrunched my hair and blow dried it. As for the process itself, my entire back, pants and bottom were soaked from the washing. I was very uncomfortable and cold for many hours. After the perm was complete, I was told that I would be getting a trim. However, was not informed until after that it would be an extra $75 just to cut off dead ends—a job that took only 10 minutes at most! In the end, I paid >$500 for a lousy experience and a ton of maintenance.

Kathy did a great job cutting and styling my hair! She is fast and attention to detail! Very friendly and easy to talk to. Her price is also very reasonable.Will definitely go back again.
