I couldn’t have asked for a better hair stylist than the owner, Kathy! I got my haircut and dyed while visiting Boston from Canada, she was precise and efficient, as well as friendly. She understood what I wanted better than I did. When I told that it was my first time visiting china town, she took me for a tour and brought me to a lovely boba shop! I’ve never had a better experience in a salon than here ❤😸
I got a great men’s haircut here from the young Asian guy with the cool hand painted jeans who was covering while the owner was apparently heading out on an errand (and/or didn’t wanna take a white guy as a walk in). He did a very thorough job with clippers and shaped the back of my hair and the sides better than anybody has in a long, long time. Very impressed.
I went to this place twice before to get a blow dry and was really good. Today was really disappointing. They definitely overbooked and staff seemed stress. The person washing my hair was extremely rough and was really uncomfortable and he was hurting my scalp. The blow dry itself was also bad and didn’t meet my expectations of nice bouncy curls at the bottom. I could have done the hair they did on my own in a pain free and stylish manner. Really sad and disappointed about my experience. For 66 dollars and tip this was definitely not worth. Please work on the quality of your services. Thanks.
